Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst in our Quality Control Standards and Analytics team, you'll play a vital role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. You'll analyze data to identify trends and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve our Quality Control division. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing and assisting in ideal data collection, validation, and analysis on data components to drive process improvements and enhance our Quality Control division.
• Collaborating with the Quality Control team to create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Presenting findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
• Assisting in developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and integrate data from various sources, defining the rhythm, and validating the need for data requirements.
• Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team.
• Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by monitoring for patterns and errors.
• Ensuring a compliance-focused approach in every decision.
• Performing other work assignments as directed by the Group Leader.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Analytics, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools is a plus.
