What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs
- Continuously improving our services and processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
