Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your tasks will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
Experience
While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals who are comfortable working independently and can commit to participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.

Compensation
Your compensation will vary depending on the type of study or trial you participate in. You can expect to earn:
- $75-$150 per 1-hour session
- $300-$750 for multi-session studies
Educational Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
