Job Summary
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring seamless customer service, and efficiently processing data entry and support tasks. You will collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Day in the Life
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting and challenging tasks, including:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
- Providing exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage candidates with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
