Your Impact

As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you will engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investments, and develop test and learn plans. You will work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies aimed at growing our clients' business at arenaflex. Your expertise will elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer, enabling them to make informed decisions that drive business growth.

What You Will Do

As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creates Annual Strategic Learning Plans: Develop comprehensive learning plans for our business(es) supported, outlining key objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive business growth.
• Leads Quarterly Business Review Process: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with our top clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their media investments.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance on media performance reporting for internal partners, external clients, and agencies, synthesizing disparate data into strategic recommendations.
• Develops Best Practices: Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights.
• Tells Data Stories: Craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables.
• Oversees Omnichannel Advertising Efforts: Aggregate insights from various sources to support client-facing teams, including sales and account management.
• Partners with Product and Ad Tech Teams: Collaborate with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback.
• Integrates Knowledge: Share knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team, bringing relevant insights to the arenaflex LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative: A degree in one of these fields, with a strong foundation in analytics and data interpretation.
• 5 Years of Experience in Insights and Analytics: Proven experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics.
• 3-5 Years of Experience in Retail Media or General Media Analytics: Experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
• Analytical, Decision-Making, and Project Management Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage projects effectively.
• Experience Storytelling with Data: Ability to craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Analytic/Research Software: Experience with software such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Master's Degree in a Related Field: A Master's degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA.
• Leading Teams and Proven Business Impact: Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact.
• Experience Managing Global Teams: Experience managing global teams, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
• Experience Working in a Retail Environment: Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
• Working with Analytic/Research Software: Experience working with software such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Pay Range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
• Starting Rate of Pay: May vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
