As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes
- Resolution Rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 85% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer inquiries within 5 minutes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
