Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales and customer service interactions
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of arenaflex's offerings
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensuring first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers

Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
