Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our VUE Team, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experiences to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helping customers troubleshoot. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, resolving customer issues, and answering questions about our policies
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties as assigned by management

Essential Functions
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Have a High School Diploma
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience
