Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions.
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries, using your excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Collaborating with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.

Requirements
