Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing data analysis cycles and projects related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and investigation to empower informed business decisions.
• Gaining insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions from initial concept to production, communicating results to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, data modeling, and evidence-based management to drive decision-making.
• Guiding less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects, and regularly presenting to the management team.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.

• 3+ years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; statistical analysis; clear data analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft Power BI
• Alteryx
• Python/R
• Automation
• Financial Information
• Basic Accounting Information
• Proficient in data analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
