We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on digital communications with customers through live chat and email. As a key member of our sales team, you'll develop relationships with existing customers, gather requirements, and negotiate terms to provide our products to a variety of industries and applications.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Identifying and investigating customer requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales
  • Providing superior customer service to increase sales opportunities
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions
  • Checking quantities in inventory and order progress with suppliers
  • Gathering market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience
  • An enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience
  • Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment
  • High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail
