Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative and staff support services to our coordination team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering personal customer information into databases, reviewing data for errors, and generating weekly and monthly reports. You'll also be responsible for ensuring proper updates of required software, training new employees, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
  • Reviewing all data for errors and reporting unusual findings to management
  • Collecting and determining the completeness of all information before entering data into software programs
  • Scanning and printing required documents needed to collect information for data entry
  • Working following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon
  • Ensuring proper updates of required software and training new employees as needed on company processes
  • Filing and organizing paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Knowledge of office computer systems and software
  • Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
  • Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
  • Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience working in a remote environment
