Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling incoming calls, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and providing empathetic and professional support to our members and patients. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
- Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, using your knowledge of healthcare services and policies.
- Accurately document call details, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, building trust and rapport with customers.
- Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude.

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
- Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
- Secure, private work area at home.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and policies.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
