Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
