The Role
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls with a pleasant and efficient demeanor
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations (due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we're currently working remotely, but anticipate a partial return to our Horsham office when it's safe to do so)
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
- Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
