Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering patient data, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to regulatory requirements and arenaflex's policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
* Enter patient data accurately and efficiently into our electronic health records system
- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records of medication dispensing
- Verify patient information and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues and concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or computer science)
- Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Experience in data entry, medical records, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or in a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
