Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through online conversations, providing them with a seamless and personalized experience. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and answering questions about our clients' services
  • Building rapport with customers and creating a positive experience through online conversations
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Location: You must live within the state of Idaho to be eligible for this position.
  • Computer Requirements: You will need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Your computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher).
  • Work Space: You will need to have a quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
  • Training: You will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
  • Typing Speed: You must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
  • Gaming Experience: While not required, gaming experience is preferred, as it can be beneficial in creating a fun and engaging experience for customers.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers through online conversations, providing clear and concise responses to their inquiries.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have experience in customer service, either in a call center or retail environment.
