Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced, friendly, and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to work from home as part of our part-time team. As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie products. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have a strong technical background, and enjoy working from home, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for CatGenie products via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnosing issues and walking customers through steps to resolution, utilizing previous troubleshooting skills
- Assisting with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Utilizing excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills to provide clear and concise responses
- Entering data with speed and accuracy, navigating different types of software
- Maintaining a positive attitude and enjoying a challenge
- Turning constructive feedback into growth opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support environment
- 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting, preferably in a technical support environment
- Strong technical background, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Punctuality and great attendance
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working directly with customers
- Experience with data entry and navigation of different software systems
- Familiarity with CatGenie products and services
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
