The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be part of our network management team, guiding the development and support of Provider Networks. You'll work closely with our team to analyze and report on financial and network pricing modeling, ensuring that our networks are optimized for quality care and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

* Guide the development and support of Provider Networks, ensuring that our networks are optimized for quality care and cost-effectiveness

  • Analyze and report on financial and network pricing modeling, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for network management and unit cost management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our providers, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are positive
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our network management and unit cost management activities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, network management, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare or a related field

  • Knowledge of network management and unit cost management principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of healthcare policy and regulations
