Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate specialty medication treatment. You'll be responsible for handling new and reorder medication requests, verifying and renewing benefits, and collaborating with patients, insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle new and reorder medication requests, verifying and renewing benefits, and collaborating with patients, insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders efficiently.

  • Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, conveying and collecting copay sums, acquiring approvals, and working with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance agencies, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate handling of specialty medications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and process orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, medication orders, and benefits verification.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone.
  • One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications.
  • One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
