As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll have the chance to:

• Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, helping to build strong relationships with our government and corporate partners
• Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, using your expertise to provide seamless travel experiences
• Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills
• Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing timely updates
• Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer, ensuring that they're always informed and up-to-date

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, with the ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
• Knowledge of Native SABRE, with the ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
• Satisfactory attendance, with a commitment to being on time and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Knowledge of the airline industry and its regulations
• Experience with travel software and systems
• Fluency in multiple languages
