Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their experience with arenaflex
- Delivering expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers to enhance their experience with arenaflex
- Deliver expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Open availability, as this is a seasonal position
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge to navigate arenaflex's systems and tools
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
Nice-to-Haves
