Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at arenaflex are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
