Roles and Responsibilities

As an Account Manager Customer Success at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Sales Management: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
  • Category Experience: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant tools.
