Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
- Attention to detail and data entry/typing skills, with a minimum of 30 wpm (including 10-key).
- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
