Role Summary As a Customer Success Associate on our Nuuly team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. Expected Hours and Work Schedule The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 9am-5pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a part-time temporary employee, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while still making a meaningful contribution to our team.
