Job Summary
As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our hourly workforce and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for managing a team of hourly workers, maintaining high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and collaborating with various support teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Lead and Develop Your Team: Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Safety and Quality: Ensure that your team adheres to safety protocols and quality standards, and collaborate with support teams to identify and address any issues.
- Drive Productivity and Customer Delivery Promises: Work with your team to meet business objectives, including productivity and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with Support Teams: Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
- Work in a Variable Environment: Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may fluctuate.
- Climb and Descend Stairs: Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).
