Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to customers through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

All You'll Need for Success:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
- Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Training and experience with Sabre or other customer service software
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Working knowledge of airline operations and policies
- Certification in customer service or a related field
