Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual language skills (as required by location)
  • Valid driver's license (as required by location)
  • Ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security badges (as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
