Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our valued customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, each with unique needs and preferences
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
Equipment and Internet Requirements:
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
- A standalone monitor (19 inch)
- A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment
- A desk and an ergonomic chair
