Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Chance Administration to join our team and lead the development of our risk management strategies and business processes. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying new information sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Investigate organized and unstructured data to decipher information using factual, financial, AI, or business intelligence methods

• Collaborate with innovation and other teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and business processes
• Identify and assess new information sources (controlled and unstructured) that could add sustained productivity to arenaflex's products and services
• Use industry and internal accepted procedures and combine regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems
• Develop and execute business process improvement techniques to drive business growth and efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business change and reengineer systems
• Utilize MS Excel for financial and data reporting and analysis
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools such as Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, and Unix

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, business intelligence, and innovation
• Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies and business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with data analysis tools such as Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, and Unix

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business change and reengineer systems
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques, including data visualization and reporting
• Experience developing and implementing business process improvement techniques to drive business growth and efficiency
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for risk management and data analysis
