What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
• Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)
• Embody the arenaflex product and service-first culture; you are both the critical first impression and lifeblood of the product experience
• Feel deep accountability for the consistency and overall experience of the product
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
