Key Responsibilities:

* Input data from a variety of sources into the computer system with speed and accuracy, adhering to arenaflex's data quality standards.

  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.
  • Organize data in a structured manner to optimize efficiency and accessibility, using arenaflex's data management tools and software.
  • Update and maintain databases with necessary changes and additions, ensuring that our data remains up-to-date and accurate.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required, using arenaflex's data analytics tools and software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless data integration and efficient data management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry procedures and related software.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Access, and other data management tools.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.

Experience:
