Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels including voice, email, and chat
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience is required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and third-party vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
- Experience with sales techniques and revenue maximization
- Knowledge of arenaflex brands and products
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
