Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to drive business decisions and optimize content portfolio, promotion, and release strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to drive business decisions and optimize content portfolio, promotion, and release strategies.

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize content strategy.
• Enhance our content release and episode release strategy to maximize engagement and retention.
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth.
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python.
• Experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems.
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
