Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
- Delivering an exceptional support experience to our customers
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: While this role supports both languages, most calls are in English.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 18 years of age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
- Hardwired internet connection: A hardwired internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
- Working Phone Line: A home phone or mobile phone is required.
- Noise/Distraction-Free Environment: Your home office must be a quiet and distraction-free environment.
- Desk and Ergonomic Chair: You'll need a comfortable desk and ergonomic chair to work from home.
