Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be working with our insurance agency to handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot. Key Responsibilities
* Provide world-class customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls
- Handle customer inquiries about our policies and troubleshoot issues
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring seamless customer service
- Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard in all interactions
- Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Ability to pass a background check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
