Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you will play a vital role in serving as a representative of arenaflex's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Client Requests and Questions: Provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and expertise.
  • Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: Effectively manage client profiles, bookings, and travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Corresponding with Clients: Communicate with clients on preferences, arrange surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner.
  • Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: Create and distribute essential documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, to ensure clients are well-prepared for their journey.
  • Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Maintain accurate records of daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of unexpected situations or emergencies.
  • Continuously Growing and Improving: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth and development of our remote workplace culture.
