Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our remote team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. You will be accountable for utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and processes to enroll new patients, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling. Your responsibilities may change based on the assigned department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex's solution information systems and processes to enroll new patients, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling.
  • Handle patient correspondence (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
  • Make phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
  • Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning expert permit or confirmation.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Secondary School Certificate or GED.
  • Essential level PC abilities, including starting and closing a PC, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving records, printing reports, and accessing data online.
  • Essential Web search tools abilities, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Age 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • No less than 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certificate office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
