We're seeking an experienced Eclinical Works Medical Billing Team Member to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry, Auditing, Charge Entry, Rejections, Payment Posting, Aging Reimbursement, and Communicating with Insurance Provider reps and navigating their websites

• Utilize Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion to manage medical billing processes efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with coding knowledge, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and healthcare facilities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in medical billing, with a focus on data entry, auditing, and charge entry

• Proficiency in Eclinicalworks, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion
• Strong understanding of coding knowledge, including Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Internal Medicine/Family Practice Office, Home Health, and Wound Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with insurance providers and healthcare facilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivable) and medical billing

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
• Strong knowledge of medical billing regulations and compliance requirements
• Certification in medical billing or a related field (e.g., CPC, CMC, CMBS)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

* AR: 2 years (Preferred)

• eClinicalWorks: 1 year (Preferred)
