Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

Schedule

Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that allow you to balance work and personal responsibilities. You'll work:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.
