Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems. You will also be responsible for searching for additional information, checking completed work for errors, and preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
- Confirming, corroborating, and removing unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Exploring the internet for information
- Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
- Investigating reports and sheets of data
- Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Typing Speed: 35+ words per minute experience required
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask effectively
- Computer Skills: Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
