As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries, address concerns, and create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Care Representative, you will work a 4-day weekend shift, with the following schedule:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

You will work from the comfort of your own home, providing a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection. arenaflex will provide all the necessary equipment, so you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Addressing customer concerns and issues in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience in the Lighting Industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of provisional service. You will also receive:

  • 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time
