Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in optimizing our customer experience. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations. Your expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization, and stakeholder communication will help us make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve our global contact center support business

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive productivity and enhance customer experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Communicate complex ideas and results to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desirable)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
• Proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to business problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Python programming language and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

• Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desirable)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
