Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve travel-related concerns, offer guidance on arenaflex policies and travel programs, and address billing issues. Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
  • Offer guidance on arenaflex policies and travel programs.
  • Address billing issues and process payments or refunds as required.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations.
  • Update and manage customer profiles within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
