This role will play a critical part in streamlining our business day release management and document transfer processes, working closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply your analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to resolve a wide range of issues related to business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing.

• Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide guidance or solutions within their area of expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in your field and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems.
• Estimate effort and value for solutions and apply business solutions with a broad understanding of technology stages/structures.
• Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your work using reliance ID processes in technology work.
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Communicate ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of design and integration.
• Proactively screen program risks, issues, and extensions, ensuring the right level of priority, visibility, and escalation.
• May perform other work assignments as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering).

• Strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement.
• Familiarity with technical conditions and software development methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills for working with diverse teams and external partners.
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals.
• Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate.
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Workday data migrations and business process analysis.

• Familiarity with arenaflex's technology stack and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to coach and mentor others on technical and business subjects.
