Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and help customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
  • Learning and Following Procedures: Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Upselling and Scheduling: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.
  • Active Listening and Communication: Listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns to ensure that customers feel heard and supported.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Support: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience are necessary to navigate our systems and tools.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-focused approach is essential to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
  • Residency in California: Must reside in California to comply with state regulations.
