Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including promotions, eligibility requirements, and billing questions
  • Troubleshooting issues related to self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service
  • Providing a positive customer experience by empathizing with customers and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions simultaneously
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Be legally permitted to work in the United States

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
