Experienced Customer Experience Advocate – Hybrid Role in Arenaflex's Expanding Team

As a hybrid role, you'll spend 3 days a week in our office, collaborating with internal teams and engaging with customers across various channels.

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
The Role
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers across live chat, email, phone, and screen shares to provide exceptional support and guidance
* Empowering customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in Arenaflex's platform
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall product experience
* Serving as a liaison between customers and the Arenaflex team to advocate for and shape the best possible version of our product
* Leading online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features and capabilities of our platform
* Creating internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and support customer success
* Advising customers on new features and functionalities to ensure they're getting the most out of our product
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with a strong background in SAAS (Software as a Service) environments
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
* A positive attitude, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
* The ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
For Colorado-based hires, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Arenaflex's plans and policies. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and additional factors.
