Job Summary

Responsibilities

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
- Three+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

- Customer support and/or editorial experience a plus
